Board Member | Governance & Strategy
Role Overview:
As a Board Member, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of Loud Women Lead Foundation, ensuring sustainability, integrity, and impact across our programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities:

Provide governance, oversight, and strategic planning for the foundation

Ensure ethical, legal, and financial accountability

Support fundraising, partnerships, and sustainability efforts

Assist in evaluating and strengthening programs and services

Recruit, mentor, and guide new board members
Requirements:

Must be 21+ and a resident of the U.S.

Experience in leadership, governance, fundraising, or nonprofit management preferred
-
Must be committed to the mission and goals of Loud Women Lead Foundation
-
Ability to serve a minimum 2-year term
Speaker & Facilitator | Inspire & Educate
Role Overview:
Speakers and facilitators lead dynamic workshops, panels, and training sessions that equip women and young leaders with knowledge, confidence, and practical skills in media, leadership, entrepreneurship, and wellness.
Responsibilities:

Lead engaging sessions on personal branding, leadership, business, media, or wellness

Share expertise and lived experiences with participants

Support curriculum development for events and educational programs

Participate in Loud & Clear Live and other community initiatives
Requirements:

Must have professional experience in leadership, media, business, or a related field

Comfortable leading discussions, panels, or training sessions

No sales pitches or product promotions allowed
Social Media & Digital Advocacy | Storytelling & Engagement
Role Overview:
Our Social Media & Digital Advocacy Team plays a key role in expanding our reach, amplifying women’s voices, and driving engagement across digital platforms. If you’re passionate about storytelling and digital strategy, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:

Assist in content creation for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok

Support campaigns focused on women’s leadership and advocacy

Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages

Cover live events and amplify conversations online
Requirements:

Strong understanding of social media platforms and engagement strategies

Ability to create compelling content and messaging aligned with our brand

Must have access to a reliable internet connection for virtual work

Youth Leadership Mentor | School & Community Engagement
Role Overview:
Our Youth Leadership Mentors provide guidance, education, and career inspiration to young women through school visits, mentorship programs, and leadership training. This role is ideal for those passionate about shaping the next generation of bold, confident women.
Responsibilities:

Conduct school or community-based workshops focused on leadership and storytelling

Inspire young women to own their narratives and build confidence

Provide career insights, personal development, and mentorship opportunities

Assist in creating educational content and training materials
Requirements:

Must pass a background check if working with youth

Experience in education, leadership, or youth development is preferred
-
Ability to commit to a 6-month mentorship cycle
Events & Experience Coordinator | Behind-the-Scenes Impact
Role Overview:
Help execute high-energy, purpose-driven events that bring the Loud Women Lead mission to life. From our Loud & Clear Live Storytelling Event to leadership workshops and networking experiences, we rely on dedicated coordinators to make our events seamless and impactful.
Responsibilities:

Assist with event logistics, planning, and on-site coordination

Support speaker engagement, registration, and attendee experience

Ensure smooth execution of virtual and in-person events
-
Work closely with vendors, venues, and partners
Requirements:

Must be 18+ with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
-
Prior experience in event planning or production is a plus

Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-energy environments
