TASHARA PARKER

If you know me, you know I don’t believe in silence. I believe in presence, power, and purpose. I believe in being loud not for the sake of noise, but for the sake of impact. That belief is what led me to create Loud Women Lead.

My journey started in newsrooms across Texas, where I built my career as a journalist, eventually earning five Emmy Awards for my work in storytelling and advocacy. But it wasn’t just the stories I reported that shaped meit was the ones I lived. When my natural hair became a debate instead of my journalism, I realized that the world wasn’t ready for women like me to show up fully. That realization wasn’t a setback; it was a catalyst.

In 2021, I founded Loud Women Lead as a philanthropic initiative, but it quickly grew into something bigger. What started as a movement to empower women who had been silenced transformed into an entire ecosystem—a space where women could not only be heard but be amplified. Over time, that mission expanded into multiple brands, including Loud & Clear Media Co., where we use the power of storytelling to elevate voices, redefine narratives, and create real change.

At the core of Loud Women Lead is community—a family. If you’re here, you’re family, and that means something. I call everyone cousin because that’s how I want this space to feel: warm, welcoming, and built on real connection. We’re not just a network; we’re a movement of dynamic, fearless women who are showing up boldly in their industries and reshaping the way leadership looks. We understand that our power is amplified when we stand together, support one another, and make space for those who come after us.

Through storytelling, advocacy, and media, we’re not just changing the conversation—we’re leading it. Loud Women Lead is here to make sure that no woman ever feels the need to shrink herself to fit into a space that was never meant for her. Because being loud isn’t about volume—it’s about showing up, speaking up, and leading with unapologetic confidence. And we’re just getting started.
